Generative AI training
I put each programme together after talking to the team. We practise on the documents and processes people deal with every day, so they can use the tools in their own work from day one. I train companies, universities and public bodies, including in co-funded projects.

Technology project management
I run agile and waterfall projects, from bid to acceptance. I have led teams of up to 80 people and projects worth up to PLN 7 million. I also take over projects that have stalled.

EU-funded projects
I manage EU-funded projects worth more than PLN 35 million in total, from the application to the final settlement. I work every day with Polish competitive procurement rules (zasada konkurencyjności), the CST2021 monitoring system and the 2021–2027 eligibility guidelines. I keep costs eligible and make sure results are sustained after the funding ends.

VR, AR & multimedia
For ten years I led the delivery of multimedia exhibitions and VR applications for museums, a UNESCO World Heritage site, banks and industry. I design installations built to run every day for years, and I help keep existing ones going.

I have been running technology projects since 2007. For the first ten years I led multimedia exhibition, VR and systems projects for museums, banks and industry, and was also responsible for the team and the IT department. For the next seven years or so I led projects and teams at a software house and helped build its generative AI business.
Today I manage EU-funded projects worth more than PLN 35 million in total and lead the team of specialists who deliver them and handle the reporting. I also develop generative AI training programmes, qualification descriptions and skills validation rules.
Desima has been operating since 2014. I handle every engagement personally, from the first conversation to sign-off.
