Privacy policy

How I process the personal data of people who visit desima.pl and write to me through the contact form.

Controller

The controller is Arkadiusz Pryzwan, trading as Desima, tax ID (NIP) 6312239027, REGON 243615555, Gliwice, Poland.

Contact form

When you send a message, I store your name, email address, topic, message, the time it was sent and your IP address. The message goes to my mailbox and to a panel on the website server.

I reply and continue the correspondence on the basis of my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you ask about working together, the basis also includes steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

I store the IP address to protect the form against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the data is voluntary, but I cannot reply without an email address.

How long I keep the data

Until the correspondence ends. If we start working together, for the duration of the work, then until any claims become time-barred and for as long as tax law requires.

Who receives the data

The data is stored by the website hosting and email providers I use. They process it on my behalf under a data processing agreement.

I do not sell the data or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and obtain a copy, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on my legitimate interest. A message to the address above is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

I do not make automated decisions about you and I do not profile you.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no scripts or fonts from third-party services.

It stores only your chosen theme, light or dark, in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

When you send the form, the server sets a technical session cookie (PHPSESSID) that expires when you close the browser.

Server logs

The hosting server keeps technical access logs: IP address, time, page address and browser type. I use them only in case of a fault or abuse.

Desima’s apps have their own privacy policies, published at apps.desima.pl.
